Can’t log into Canvas  Have you searched for your district (Find my school button) in the app? You must see the deer logo on the login screen or your login will not work. Have you used the Canvas link on the district website? The district has a specific Canvas link.

Can’t log into Classlink Make sure to choose Deer Park ISD when logging into the app. Use just the username to log in, not full email address. Use the Classlink link on the district home page.

Can’t log into Skyward Try the Skyward link on the district website first. Try to log into the Skyward app after you have logged into Skyward on the website.

Can’t log into Outlook Try logging into Office 365 using the link on the district website. Make sure you are using your full email address

Apps will not load Make sure your iOS is updated Make sure your time on the iPad is on “set automatically” Take iPad to the Technology Building at 301 W. P Street Monday-Thursday between the hours of 7:30am-6pm and Friday from 7:30am-3:30pm.
