Mrs. Watson - DPAC Biology
Hello and welcome to DPAC Biology! I am so excited for the year ahead.
My name is Allison Watson and I am going into my 5th year of teaching. I LOVE science, especially Biology, and hope that my students appreciate this course as much as I do! In our class we will explore the wonders of life in fun, engaging, and hands-on ways that make learning impactful and memorable.
Fun fact, I am a DPHS graduate - class of 2014! I have loved this district since I was a student here and am so excited to be back and teaching DPAC. After graduation, I went on to Texas A&M University to obtain my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences and then my masters degree from University of Houston - Clear Lake in curriculum and instruction.
Outside of education, I have two little boys who keep me busy! My oldest is 5 and my youngest is 2. I love to travel and spend time with my family. Any free moments in my schedule, you can find me reading a good book, or working on customized projects through my business, Crafted Potential, that I do on the side.
