About Me
As a first generation high school and college graduate, education has become my passion. My hope is that I can be an example of how education can open the doors of opportunity for a better future.
I graduated from Tegeler Career Center (Pasadena ISD) in 1999. And, I'm a 2015 Suma Cum Laude graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas through the School of Distance Education.
I started my teaching career at DPHS North Campus in August, 2015, and look forward to many more years with my North Campus Family.
Not only am I a TEA certified ELA 8-12 teacher, but I also hold certifications in both ESL and GT.
